Health & Physical Education

In 9th Grade P.E., students will utilize their exposure to a wide variety of physical activities to develop the skills necessary to ensure a healthy and active lifestyle.

P.E. courses are required for all 9th grade students. The activities students will participate in can vary broadly and include:

Basketball, soccer, volleyball, flag football
Foursquare, kickball, and ping pong
Jogging and walking
Core and conditioning
